Trish Hyatt will not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained as a result of using any fitness program or product presented and/or discussed on the Equestrian Aquatics website, via email communications or in video format.
The exercises provided by Trish Hyatt (and are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Trish Hyatt is a riding coach, not a physical fitness coach. Although this program has been beneficial for herself and her students, it is not to be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific treatment plan, product, or course of action.
Exercise is not without its risks, and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. They include but are not limited to: risk of injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, or adverse effect of over-exertion such as muscle strain, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorders of heartbeat, and very rare instances of heart attack. To reduce the risk of injury, before beginning this or any exercise program, please consult a healthcare provider for appropriate exercise prescription and safety precautions.   • ‚ÄčI hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that I incur while attending, exercising or participating in the Equestrian Aquatics program.
  • I hereby waive all claims against Trish Hyatt, assistant  instructors or partners of, individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that I might incur.
